UzBuild 22nd International Construction Fair – Uzbekistan

We took our place as General Makina, with our stone crushing, screening and washing machinery, at the 2021 UzBuild 22nd International Construction Sector Fair held in Uzbekistan. Thanks once again to everyone who visited our stand.

UzBuild is organised by Iteca Exhibitions and is held every March at the Uzexpocentre in Tashkent. According to the official calendar the 2027 event is the 28th edition; counting back year by year places 2021 at the 22nd edition.

Building material production in Uzbekistan is growing through state-backed programmes.

Cement, brick and precast plants are all fed with crushed and screened material, which keeps aggregate demand standing even independently of housing projects.

Washing is a separate topic in the region: because clay content is high in riverbed material, concrete specifications cannot be met without a washing stage.
