Looking Back on the 18th MiningMetals Uzbekistan 2024 Mining Exhibition

This year we welcomed visitors to our stand at the MiningMetals International Mining, Metallurgy and Metalworking Exhibition, held in Uzbekistan for the 18th time. Throughout the event we shared information about the high-quality stone crushing, screening and washing plants and the concrete batching plants that we manufacture.

Organised by Iteca Exhibitions, the exhibition is set up every October at the Uzexpocentre in Tashkent. Its content is divided into two main sections: the mining section covers exploration, open-pit operations and ore beneficiation, while the metals section covers metallurgy and metalworking.

Mining investment in Uzbekistan largely moves forward hand in hand with state programmes.

Growing capacity at copper, gold and uranium sites feeds straight through to ore preparation. The crushing and grinding stages that come before beneficiation are becoming an inseparable part of this growth.

A mining and metallurgy forum also takes place alongside the exhibition; the number of editions of this forum is tracked independently of the exhibition's own count.
