GNR 01 Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant Heads Out to Our Customer in Algeria

The GNR 01 Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant we shipped to our customer in Algeria crushes, screens and stockpiles stone at between 120 and 180 tonnes per hour. It is a plant that can serve for many years across a range of sectors, road and building construction first among them.

The 120-180 tonne range corresponds to the starting capacity of this product family. The reason for choosing this scale is often not a small quarry but the fact that the work is spread over several different sites.

In such cases, the ability to move matters more than capacity.

For a line that will not spend the whole year in one spot, putting money into a heavy fixed structure does not make sense. A plant built on a chassis, on the other hand, can be taken to the next job once work at one site is finished, without being dismantled.

Having the stockpiling unit within the line also simplifies the work: once the crushed material is split into its fractions, it drops straight onto the stockpile, with no extra handling in between. Stockpile height and conveyor inclination are decided at this stage too, because the longer the distance the material falls freely, the more the particles begin to separate by size.
