GNR 01 Mobile Stone Crushing and Screening Plant Export

This plant, which we exported to our customer in Algeria, is capable of crushing, screening and stockpiling at a capacity of 120 - 150 tonnes per hour. The GNR 01 Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant can be used for years in many sectors, above all in road and building construction.

The 120-150 tonne band is the entry scale of the family. The reason this tonnage is chosen is usually not that the quarry is small, but that the work is spread over more than one site.

Here mobility takes priority over capacity.

For a line that will not spend the whole year in one place, investing in a heavy fixed structure makes no sense; the plant on its chassis can be moved to the next site without being dismantled when the job is done.

Having the stockpiling unit included in the line is a further convenience: the crushed material is separated into its fractions and goes straight to the pile, with no need for intermediate handling. Pile height and conveyor angle are also determined at this stage; as the free-fall distance of the material increases, segregation begins.
