Our Mobile Crushing Screening Plants began production in Van

Our closed circuit crushing and screening plant General 01, the most suitable choice for quarries feeding work such as asphalt and road construction, has started production in Van.

General 01 works with a GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher and combines the primary and secondary stages in a single machine. The feed opening is 700 mm and it produces in the 120-180 tph band; everything sits on a single chassis, on wheels.

In road construction, material demand moves along with the route. Because a single-chassis line can travel with the quarry as the site advances, haulage distances stay short.

The field meaning of a closed circuit setup is simple: oversize material retained on the screen does not go to the stockpile area, it returns to the crusher by conveyor, and the line consumes material outside the target fraction within itself. No second machine or extra labour is needed for separation.

Remote monitoring is optional.

A touch panel and soft starter come as standard equipment; monitoring over the internet is added on request. On sites far from the centre, such as Van, this option makes it possible to diagnose a fault over the phone.
