General 640 Mobile Stone Crushing Screening Plant in Medina

The General 640 Mobile Stone Crushing and Screening Plant has arrived in Medina to begin operating at the production site. General Makina, whose name is heard more and more in the international market with each passing day, continues to provide quality service with the solutions it offers its customers in stone crushing.

The 40-70 tph band is not the tonnage everyone needs. Small quarries, on-site crushing work and demolition recycling yards operate in this range; installing a larger line would mean idle capacity for such operations.

General 640 covers this band by combining a jaw crusher and an impact crusher on the same chassis: the GPJ 60 jaw handles coarse crushing and the GNR 50 impactor handles secondary crushing. The feed opening is 500 mm and the line runs in closed circuit.

The closed circuit does two jobs here.

Material retained on the screen returns to the crusher, so material falling outside the target fraction does not accumulate on site. The second benefit is on the stockpile side: in a small quarry no extra machine or extra personnel is needed for separation.
