Mobile Tertiary Plant for Sand and Chippings Ready for Karaman

We have completed production of a mobile tertiary stone crushing and screening plant for our customer operating in Karaman. Able to crush and screen both material taken from riverbeds and the oversize from crushing plants, the plant runs at a capacity of at least 60 and at most 250 tonnes per hour.

The plant consists of a feeder system, a tertiary impact crusher, a vibrating screen, a mobile platform with hydraulic equipment and an automatic control system. Working at the last stage of the line, the tertiary crusher can be fed from two different sources: material that failed to pass the screen on a crushing line, or material taken directly from a riverbed.

These two sources behave differently.

Because screen oversize has already been crushed and its size is known, feeding proceeds steadily. With riverbed material, on the other hand, grain sizes spread over a wide range and moisture content keeps changing; the feeder has to be able to absorb these fluctuations.

The wide capacity range of 60 to 250 tonnes also stems from this difference: the same machine can run at the lower or upper end of the range depending on the type of material fed and the target output size.
