Factory-Tested GNR 02 Mobile Stone Crushing and Screening Plant Ships From Izmir to Libya

The GNR 02 Mobile Stone Crushing and Screening Plant has left our main factory site in Izmir for delivery to our customer in Libya.

Before it is dispatched, the plant is fully erected and run at our factory site. The crusher, feeder, screen and conveyors are tested together, and only after this stage are the parts separated and loaded. As a result, when the plant reaches the site there is no assembly from scratch; completing the connections is all that is needed.

All of the GNR 02's equipment sits on a single chassis.

When it has to be moved to another point within the quarry, it is not dismantled but towed with a tractor unit. The real difference shows up in overseas deliveries too: because the body is not split into pieces, erection in the destination country takes much less time.

On a line installed in closed circuit, oversize grains that cannot pass the screen do not pile up on site; a conveyor carries them back to the crusher. Material falling outside the required size range is thus processed to the end within the line, and there is no need for separate sorting in the stockyard.
