GNR 02 Mobile Stone Crushing and Screening Plant Export

We dispatched the GNR 02 mobile stone crushing and screening plant from our main factory site in Izmir, bound for our customer in Libya.

Before shipment the plant is erected and run at the factory site; the crusher, feeder, screen and conveyors are tested together, then separated and loaded. That is why re-erecting the plant on arrival is a matter of making connections rather than assembly.

The GNR 02 travels on a single chassis.

It does not need to be dismantled when it is relocated inside the quarry; it is simply towed. This is also what matters in overseas shipments: because the body is not broken down into pieces, the erection time at the destination is shorter.

On a line set up in closed circuit, the oversize retained on the screen does not pile up on site but returns to the crusher by conveyor. Material outside the desired fraction is consumed within the line, so no sorting work is left in the stockyard.
