G-MTK 130 Mobile Tertiary Plant Delivered to BAS-KA İnşaat in Van

Another line has left our factory, which keeps building crushing and screening plants for customers in Türkiye and abroad. Our G-MTK 130 Mobile Stone Crushing and Screening Plant has been dispatched for delivery to BAS-KA İnşaat Madencilik A.Ş., which operates in Van; we wish the company every success with its new plant.

The MTK series works at the tertiary stage, the final link of the crushing line. It receives material that has already passed through the primary and secondary crushers and converts it into fine fractions and manufactured sand.

In Eastern Anatolia this last stage is becoming steadily more important.

Since concrete production is at the forefront of the building and infrastructure projects under way in the region, the need for fine material is high. On sites where river sand is scarce, manufactured sand becomes the only source available.

The decision to use a mobile chassis also stems from site conditions. In regions where winters are long and harsh, being able to pack up the line at the end of the season and move it to a sheltered place is a real convenience. Because dismantling is done by applying the assembly steps in reverse, setting the line up again takes less time than the first installation.
