Mobile Concrete Silo on the Road

Our newly developed 2024 model GM M-100 Mobile Concrete Silo has set off for delivery to our customer in the United Kingdom.

A cement silo is the vertical steel body that stores cement at the plant and feeds it to the weighing hopper. Standard production covers 30-100 tonnes; custom manufacturing extends the range to 50-2500 tonnes.

The body grows together with capacity: a 30 tonne silo is 2600 mm in diameter and 5000 mm tall, at 60 tonnes the height reaches 11000 mm, at 80 tonnes the diameter is 3000 mm and the height 13000 mm, and at 100 tonnes the body rises to 14000 mm.

In export work, transport is the deciding factor.

A bolted body can be dismantled and packed into a container, which keeps overseas shipment economical; a welded single-piece body is preferred for short distances and domestic delivery. The top filter, safety valve, level indicator and fluidising jets come as standard equipment, and production is carried out under ISO 9001 and CE.
