2024 Model GM M-100 Mobile Concrete Silo on Its Way to the UK

The 2024 model GM M-100 Mobile Concrete Silo, which we developed only recently, has been dispatched for delivery to our customer in the United Kingdom.

The upright steel body that stores a batching plant's cement and transfers it to the weighing hopper is called a cement silo. Our standard production ranges from 30 to 100 tonnes, while for special orders capacity can extend to the 50-2500 tonne range.

As capacity rises, so do the body's dimensions. A 30 tonne silo has a diameter of 2600 mm and a height of 5000 mm; at 60 tonnes the height reaches 11000 mm; at 80 tonnes the diameter becomes 3000 mm and the height 13000 mm; and in the 100 tonne model the body rises to 14000 mm.

For sales abroad, transport is the real deciding factor.

Because a bolted body can be taken apart and loaded into a container, it offers a cost advantage on shipments by sea. A welded single-piece body, on the other hand, comes to the fore for short-distance and domestic deliveries. The top filter, safety valve, level indicator and fluidising jets are part of the standard equipment, and our production is carried out under ISO 9001 and CE.
