Crushing and Concrete on One Site: GNR 950 Mobile Crusher and M-Titan 100 Plant in Tanzania

Designing machines and plants around the customer's needs at every stage of stone crushing and screening plant and concrete batching plant production, our company kept sending crushers and concrete batching plants to different corners of the world in the last quarter of 2023 as well.

This time the route led to Tanzania. At the request of our customer there, we built and completed the export of two plants that will work side by side on the same construction site: the GNR 950 mobile stone crushing and screening plant and the M-Titan 100 concrete batching plant, which can produce ready-mixed concrete as a mobile unit.

In this project set-up, run-of-mine rock and stone from the quarry are crushed inside the site and brought to the aggregate sizes the batching plant requires; they are then turned into ready-mixed concrete on the same ground. This keeps both lost time and material haulage costs to a minimum.
