Mobile 4-frame Crushing Plant for Palestine

A four-chassis portable crushing and screening plant with a mobile primary impact crusher and a mobile tertiary crusher, rated at 250 tonnes per hour, has set off for use in Palestine.

The number of chassis shows how many parts the line is divided into. Four chassis means the primary, secondary, tertiary and screening groups are transported separately and connected to one another on site.

That division solves two things at once.

A heavy single-piece line cannot pass along narrow roads or fit into confined sites; a segmented structure makes transport possible. At the same time it allows freedom of layout according to the site — the units can be positioned to follow the slope of the ground.

Having the primary impact crusher and the tertiary together is about the product range: every fraction from coarse crushing to manufactured sand comes off a single line, and no second plant is needed. That is also what governs the capacity calculation: 250 tonnes is the total throughput of the whole product range, not of a single fraction.
