MGPJ 110 Primary Jaw and GNR 03 Mobile Plant Now Running Side by Side

We have completed another project designed around our customer's needs. The line formed by the MGPJ 110 and GNR 03 mobile crushing plants went into production on site after the planning, engineering, manufacturing, shipping and installation steps.

The primary of the line is the mobile 110 jaw crusher, MGPJ 110. It takes the hard rock coming from the quarry and breaks it by compression, which lifts the total capacity of the line.

Setting up two separate plants side by side makes it possible to split the crushing stages.

The impact crusher on the GNR 03 receives the pre-crushed stone through a steady, even feed and turns it into a cubical secondary product. In hard rock this division of labour extends wear part life: the compression crusher carries the burden of wear, while the impact stage gives the grain its shape. The result is a higher share of final, fine products.

The total capacity of the line is between 250 and 375 tons per hour.
