ME-1650 Mobile Screening Plant for Eskişehir Municipality

Manufacturing of the ME1650 Mobile Screening Plant produced for Eskişehir Municipality has been completed. The fully mobile screening system can be commissioned in a very short time and delivers a capacity of 130 tonnes per hour on a transportable system. It is an ideal solution for sand quarries.

In a sand quarry, screening is as decisive as crushing. Because the material already comes out at a suitable size, the job to be done is classification: separating the required fraction and removing the coarse grains.

The reason it is mobile lies in the nature of the quarry.

Sand quarries spread out over an area and the face advances over time; a stationary plant soon ends up far from the material. A transportable system moves the screening point along with the excavation face.

In municipal use the aim is not sales but producing material for the authority's own works; in that case the 130 tonne band is a scale that covers the daily needs of road and infrastructure work.
