GNRM-YE 1650-4K Mobile Washing and Screening Plant

Manufactured in 2023 and equipped with advanced washing, screening and stockpiling capability, the GNRM-YE 1650-4K has set out on the road to reach its owner. With a capacity of 300 - 350 Tonnes per hour and able to stockpile products in 4 different sizes, the GNRM-YE 1650-4K has its performance adapted to a compact design.

A compact design is not something easily achieved on a washing line. Because washing units work with water, they take up space together with the settling, pump and discharge lines; fitting all of it into a mobile body is what determines the footprint on site.

Quarry sites are not always spacious.

On narrow and sloping sites the footprint of the line becomes the constraint that comes before capacity. A compact body makes installation possible on such sites, and because there are few parts to move, the transport plan is simpler as well.

On the washing side, the screw washer handles 50-250 tph with a feed limit of 0-50 mm; %15-30 moisture is measured at discharge. A dewatering stage brings this down to the %8-20 level. In quarries with a low clay load, a bucket washer does the same job while consuming less power.
