GM-1650 Mobile Screening Plant ready to produce in Nevsehir

Manufacturing of the GM-1650 mobile screening plant has been completed. This screening plant, which will be used on the Nevşehir site, will serve our customer with its mobile design and long service life.

A screening plant is an investment item in its own right. If the material is already the right size, or if crushing is done on another line, the only need is classification.

Being mobile is decisive on construction sites.

Unlike a quarry, a construction site is a temporary place; when the work ends the plant has to be dismantled and moved. Because the screening unit on a chassis needs no foundation, setting up and taking down comes down to a few days.

In regions such as Nevşehir, where volcanic tuff and pumice are found, screening also serves another function: in lightweight aggregate production the grain size directly affects the insulation performance of the material in the structure. That is why the screen aperture is chosen according to the intended end use of the material produced.
