GM-1650 Mobile Screening Plant Completed: Next Stop, a Site in Nevşehir

We have finished manufacturing the GM-1650 model mobile screening plant. The unit will work on a job site in Nevşehir, putting its mobile design and long service life at our customer's disposal.

A screening plant can be an investment in its own right, independent of a crusher. If the material is already at the required size, or if crushing is handled on a separate line, all the site needs is to split the material by size.

On job sites, being mobile is the key point.

Unlike a quarry, a job site is not a permanent place; once the work is done, the plant has to be packed up and taken elsewhere. Because a chassis-mounted screening unit needs no concrete foundation, both setting it up and dismantling it can be completed within a few days.

In regions such as Nevşehir, where volcanic tuff and pumice are widespread, screening has a special role as well: in lightweight aggregate production, particle size directly determines how well the material insulates against heat in a building. That is why the screen mesh opening is chosen with the intended use of the produced material in mind.
