Last Export of 2022 Goes to Palestine: GNR YM1650 Mobile Sand Washing and Screening Plant

Loaded on the last working day of 2022, the GNR YM1650 Mobile Washing and Screening Plant set off for our customer in Palestine as our final export of the year. We wish our customer every success with the new plant. Thanks to its mobile design, which can be set up and dismantled quickly, the plant can easily be moved between different sites and projects.

The GNR YM1650 is the largest model in our washing and screening family. The washing section of the line removes clay and silt from the sand, while the screening section separates the material into fractions; both processes run on the same mobile chassis. The GNR 600 screw washer that powers the plant allows quality sand to be produced quickly, and with standard feeding the capacity is between 120 and 180 tons per hour.

On a mobile washing line, water management is planned differently from a fixed plant.

At a stationary plant, settling ponds are built once and used permanently; on a mobile line this water circuit has to be set up again at every new site. That is why water recovery is calculated from the very start, together with the capacity of the line.

The screw washer accepts 0-50 mm feed and works in the 50-250 t/h range. The moisture of the washed sand usually stays between 15% and 30%; when a dewatering unit is added, this falls to 8-20%. The sand produced is in demand in many fields, from building construction to concrete batching plants. Our production follows an ISO 9001 system and our products carry the CE mark.
