We have completed the transport of a stationary bauxite crushing and screening plant with primary and secondary jaw crushers. The plant, whose assembly we will begin in Antalya, delivers an average capacity of 200 - 250 tonnes per hour.

Bauxite is the raw material of aluminium production, and on the crushing side it has a different objective from aggregate: what matters here is not particle shape but a size ready for grinding.

The line is set up accordingly.

Since there is no concern about cubicity, impact or vertical-shaft shaping stages are not needed; a primary and secondary jaw arrangement is sufficient. What gains importance instead is a narrow size distribution, which makes screen performance the decisive factor.

The reason a stationary installation is preferred comes down to how the operation runs: because bauxite sites are worked under long-term licences, the line does not need to be movable, and continuity takes priority.
