PDK 02 Stationary Stone Crushing and Screening Plant - Libya

We have completed the installation of a PDK 02 stationary stone crushing and screening plant for our customer in Libya. The plant capacity is 200 - 250 Tonnes / Hour.

PDK 02 is a line that works with an impact crusher at the primary stage. Impact crushing reduces run-of-mine material considerably in a single step and, because it produces a cubical grain shape, it is preferred for concrete aggregate production.

A stationary installation is a deliberate choice here.

Where a quarry will be worked at the same location for a long period, founding the line on a concrete base both keeps vibration under control and makes the alignment between stages permanent; adjustments that would have to be redone on a mobile chassis are made once.

The 200-250 tonne band is a capacity able to feed a single site or a medium-sized concrete batching plant; the scale demanded by reconstruction work in the region largely falls within this range. This band also means a load that can be managed in a single shift.
