Mobile Crushing Plant Export - Libya

We have dispatched a GNR 01 Mobile Crushing, Screening and Stockpiling Plant that will serve in the reconstruction work being carried out in the region after the flood disaster that struck the city of Derna in Libya. Producing an average of 120 - 180 tonnes per hour, the GNR 01 supplies raw material to the road building and construction sectors.

In post-disaster reconstruction, material requirements arrive in a particular order. First comes fill and sub-base material for roads and infrastructure, then concrete aggregate.

That order determines how the line is configured.

In the first phase, demand for coarse fraction dominates, so the primary stage is enough; when concrete production comes into play, the need for fine fraction and manufactured sand arises. A line that can be expanded stage by stage covers that transition.

Being mobile is also a logistics choice: instead of hauling material long distances over a damaged road network, taking the line to the area where it is needed reduces the transport burden.
