Two-Trailer General 03 Crushing and Screening Plant Ready for Tarsus Taşobası

We have finished manufacturing the stone crushing and screening plant that will work in Taşobası, in the Tarsus district of Mersin. The plant consists of two separate trailers: one carries the feeder and the turbo impact crusher, the other the vibrating screen and the conveyor belts.

Its main features are as follows. The feeding system is driven by 2 vibro motors of the Emtaş brand, and the feed chute measures 1500 x 1300 mm. The high-capacity vibrating screen measures 2000 x 5000 mm, has 30 kW of motor power and 4 decks. Plant capacity is 250-375 t/h.

Splitting the line over two trailers means grouping the equipment by the job it does. On site, the two trailers are brought side by side and connected; when the plant relocates, each one is towed separately.

The biggest gain from this split is in transport.

Gathering a high-tonnage line on a single body creates a heavy, wide load; shared between two trailers, each part fits within road limits on its own. Layout on site becomes more flexible too: the screen trailer can stand next to the stockpile area and the crusher trailer close to the quarry face.

As in this plant, we use first-class materials in all our crushing and screening systems. For operators who prefer everything on one chassis in the same tonnage range, there is also the General 03 mobile crushing plant, with a GPS 1415 primary impact crusher, a 2400×5000 mm four-deck screen, 750 kVA of power and 250-375 t/h capacity.
