No Waiting: a Mobile Tertiary Crushing and Screening Plant from Stock for Akkuyu

A mobile tertiary crushing and screening plant, supplied straight from our stock for a project in Mersin-Akkuyu, is now on the road. At its heart is the G-TK 100 tertiary impact crusher. With a fully mobile platform, hydraulic set-up units and an automatic control system, the plant can start producing shortly after it reaches the site.

The line is built from three main units: a feeder, the tertiary impact crusher and a vibrating screen. It is well suited to high-volume production of sand and gravel at 150-200 tons per hour.

Supplying a crushing plant from stock is not common in this industry. Lines are usually designed around site conditions, so an order normally means waiting for manufacturing. For a project with a tight schedule, though, having the plant ready immediately can matter more than tailoring every detail, and a standard plant waiting in stock becomes the fastest answer.
