General 800 Mobile Stone Crushing Plant ready to produce in Urfa

General Makina, which has served aggregate production - the most fundamental building block of development and modernisation in Turkiye and around the world - for close to half a century, continues to raise that service with each passing day. The General 800 mobile stone crushing and screening plant is ready for production in Siverek, Urfa.

The 80-150 tonne band is the band of medium-sized quarries. At this scale the investment decision is made not on capacity but on the annual tonnage target: a line that falls short of the target strains the operation, while a line above it ties up money in idle capacity.

In predominantly limestone areas such as Siverek the calculation becomes easier.

Because the abrasiveness of the material is low, wear part consumption stays predictable, and the annual maintenance budget can be worked out more clearly than for a hard rock line.

The technical detail and capacity table on the General 800 side are on the product page; the site-specific configuration is determined according to the material analysis of the quarry.
