The General 03 Mobile Stone Crushing and Screening Plant has set off for the Ankara site to begin production. With a crushing capacity of 300 tonnes per hour, this plant is equipped with the latest technology and was manufactured by General Makina in 2017.

At this tonnage, what keeps the line standing is not the crusher but the screen. The four-deck screen separates four fractions in a single pass and distributes the crusher output without letting it accumulate.

Screening capacity determines the bottleneck.

When screen area is insufficient, material drops before it can be separated along the deck; fractions get mixed and the crusher starts waiting idle. The real output of a line is always set by its slowest stage.

In site use, being able to produce four fractions is a further convenience: because the same line supplies both fill and concrete aggregate, there is no need to buy material from outside.
