General 01 Crushing Screening Plant has been sent to Gumushane

The installation of the General 01 Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant sent to Gumushane has been completed. We wish it good fortune. Our thanks go to the customer who chose us and to all our employees who contributed.

Installation on mountainous terrain proceeds differently from a flat site. Because a line carried on a single chassis needs no concrete foundation, it can be installed even on steep and narrow quarry roads without waiting for ground preparation.

General 01 works with a GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher: the largest piece it accepts is 700 mm, it produces 120-180 tph and it gathers the primary and secondary stages in a single machine. Since one body is installed instead of two separate crushers, the footprint on site also shrinks.

When the quarry moves, the line moves with it.

In regions such as Gumushane, where the reserve is worked piece by piece, this matters: the plant is towed without being dismantled and can be commissioned at the new location the same day.
