General 01 Mobile Crushing Plant Up and Running on Gümüşhane's Mountain Terrain

Assembly of the General 01 Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant we shipped to Gümüşhane is now finished. We wish the plant a prosperous working life, and we thank the customer who chose us as well as every team member who put work into this project.

Setting up in a mountainous region follows a different path from installing on flat ground. Because the line arrives on a single chassis and needs no concrete foundation, assembly can be completed even on steep, narrow quarry roads without waiting for the ground to be prepared.

At the heart of the General 01 is the GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher. The machine accepts pieces up to 700 mm, produces 120-180 t/h and combines the primary and secondary crushing stages in a single body. Since one unit is used instead of two separate crushers, the footprint of the plant on site shrinks as well.

When the quarry moves, the line moves with it.

In places such as Gümüşhane, where the reserve is worked section by section, this flexibility matters a great deal: the plant is towed away without being taken apart and can be put back into production at its new location on the same day.
