Novi Sad, Serbia: 250-300 t/h General 02 Mobile Line Installation Completed

In the Serbian city of Novi Sad, we have finished assembling a General 02 mobile crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 250 - 300 tonnes per hour.

With a GPS 1413 primary impact crusher, a four-deck 2000×5000 mm screen and a 660 kVA power unit all on one chassis, the General 02 mobile crusher has a 1000 mm feed opening, the widest in its family.

The time a mobile line saves on overseas projects is clearly visible here. Because the plant is not dismantled and shipped in pieces, the job on site is not preparing a concrete foundation but completing the connections and commissioning the line.

The line produces its own electricity.

The 660 kVA power unit makes it possible to work on sites with no grid connection, so the quarry can start producing without waiting for a power line to be brought in. In closed-circuit operation, oversize material retained on the screen is sent back to the crusher, so there is no need for separate sorting at the stockpile.
