General 02 Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant Installation - SERBIA

Installation of the General 02 mobile crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 250 - 300 tonnes per hour has been completed in the city of Novi Sad, Serbia.

General 02 carries the GPS 1413 primary impact crusher, a 2000×5000 mm four-deck screen and a 660 kVA power unit on a single chassis. The feed opening is 1000 mm — the widest opening in the family.

The time a mobile line saves on an overseas installation shows itself here: because the plant is not broken down into pieces, the work done on site is not pouring a foundation but completing the connections and commissioning.

The power unit generates the line's own electricity.

Thanks to the 660 kVA unit, the plant can also work on sites with no grid infrastructure; the quarry starts producing without waiting for a power line to be run. In a closed-circuit setup, oversize material returns to the crusher, so no separation work is left in the stockpile area.
