Heavy-Duty GE-1440 Mobile Vibrating Screen Delivered to Our Customer

Designed with a reinforced body to work at high efficiency in tough site conditions, the GE-1440 Mobile Vibrating Screen has been shipped and is on its way to take up its place. Three features set the machine apart: a solid chassis structure, a high-capacity screening system and the flexibility that comes with mobile use. The screen was engineered around our customer's requirements, and its capacity is approximately 150-300 tonnes per hour.

In practice, "heavy-duty" means that the body and load-bearing members are made from thicker material than those used on a standard screen. Because vibration places a constant fatigue load on the machine, the design of the body largely decides how many years the screen will keep running.

Working as a mobile unit adds to that load.

A stationary screen is set on its foundation once and stays there. A mobile screen, by contrast, is repositioned every time it moves, works on different ground conditions and is shaken by transport along the way. The chassis has to be strong enough to carry these extra stresses as well.

Short installation time saves days on site. Since there is no need to pour a concrete foundation and wait for it to cure, the screen can start producing shortly after it reaches the site, and easy operation at different locations completes that advantage.
