GENERAL 01 Mobile Jaw Crusher posted to Bitlis

The capacity of the General 01 mobile crushing plant that will be used in Bitlis is in the 120-180 t/h range. General Makina uses turbo-rotor crushers in its closed-circuit crushing and screening plants. On the General 01 mobile plant, the feeder and the screening system are mounted on the machine itself.

Having the feeder and the screen on the same body reduces the number of parts to be erected on site. On a line transported piece by piece, the feeder has to be positioned, the screen seated on its own foundation and a conveyor run between them; in a single-chassis arrangement none of this is needed.

General 01 brings the primary and secondary stages together in one machine with a GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher, and accepts lumps of 700 mm into its opening.

The closed circuit lets the line correct itself.

Oversize material retained on the screen returns to the crusher by conveyor; whatever falls outside the fraction is fed back without being stockpiled. In regions such as Bitlis, where quarry roads are narrow, this also reduces the number of vehicles entering the site.
