Fixed Stone Crushing and Screening Plant - Saudi Arabia

The stationary stone crushing and screening plant whose installation we completed in Saudi Arabia has a capacity of 200 - 250 tonnes / hour. We exported this plant, consisting of a PDK 02 primary impact crusher and a 4 deck vibrating screen, with the assurance of General Makina.

The four deck screen is what defines the product range of this line. Since each deck forms a cut point, five separate size groups come out of a single run-of-mine feed.

In the Gulf market this variety is in demand.

Because housing, road and infrastructure projects advance at the same time, quarry operators do not want to be tied to a single fraction; as the product range widens, the plant can sell to different customer groups simultaneously.

The hot climate is a separate design item: at high ambient temperatures the hydraulic and lubrication systems come under greater strain, and cooling capacity is selected accordingly. Dust control follows from the same climate: in a dry environment dust increases at transfer points, and a spraying or extraction system becomes part of the line.
