Fixed Crusher in Antalya

The stationary crushing plant completed in Antalya, which draws its power from the GNR PDK 02, can carry out stone crushing and screening at a capacity of 200 - 300 tonnes per hour. With its GTK 130 series tertiary impact crusher it delivers a high proportion of cubical crushed stone.

The two stages of the line do two different jobs. The primary impact body crushes the coarse run-of-mine material and carries the tonnage; the tertiary stage then shapes the output and turns it into fine, cubical aggregate.

Having both together widens the product range.

A single-stage line yields only the coarse fraction, whereas with a tertiary stage added the same feed material also yields concrete aggregate and manufactured sand. That allows the quarry to sell to different customer groups at the same time.

In Antalya, the coexistence of tourism buildings and infrastructure works makes that variety sought after: road material and concrete aggregate are both wanted from the same quarry.
