We have completed the manufacturing and testing stages of the GPJ 140 jaw crusher with a capacity of 500 - 600 tons per hour and dispatched it to our customer. The most powerful in its class, the GPJ 140 can crush hard and coarse rock.

What is decisive in this tonnage band is the feed opening. The largest piece the crusher can accept must match the post-blast size of the run-of-mine material coming out of the quarry; if it does not, secondary breaking or scalping is needed on site.

The weight shapes the installation from the outset.

A body exceeding forty tons determines the foundation calculation in a stationary plant and the chassis and number of axles in a mobile line. On the transport side, special vehicles and route planning are also required.

The reason a jaw crusher is preferred is the material: in hard and abrasive rock, crushers working by compression give far longer wear part life than impact crushers.
