The GPJ 140 jaw crusher has cleared its final factory checks and been loaded for delivery to our customer. For a crusher of this tonnage, the first dimension to check is the feed opening. The largest lump of blasted run-of-mine rock has to fit into it. When boulders exceed that size, an extra breaking or scalping step has to be added on site.

The machine's mass also dictates the installation from day one.

Once the body weighs more than forty tons, a stationary plant needs its concrete foundation designed around that load, while a mobile line needs a chassis and axle count chosen to carry it. Moving it on the road calls for a special transport vehicle and a route planned in advance.
