GNR 01 Mobile Crusher Manufacturing and Export - MONTENEGRO

We have completed the manufacturing, export and installation of a GNR 01 Mobile Crushing Plant for use in Montenegro. Fully transportable with a single tractor unit, the plant has a final product capacity of 120 - 180 tonnes per hour and is equipped with a remote control system and automatic folding conveyors.

Automatic folding conveyors are one of the factors that determine installation time. Having the conveyors open hydraulically from transport position to working position removes the need for a crane and an assembly crew on site.

Remote control, meanwhile, makes a difference on the operating side.

When feed rate, crusher setting and conveyor start-up order can all be managed from a single point, the number of people needed to run the line falls; the loader operator can watch the line at the same time.

In mountainous geographies with narrow roads such as Montenegro, being transportable with a single tractor unit is also decisive: a load that requires no special transport permit or escort shortens the time it takes to reach the site.
