Construction Chemicals Plant

General Makina new-generation construction chemicals machinery is the product of 36 years of experience. It is used in the production of cement-based, resin-modified, high-strength ready-mixed mortars with strong adhesion that give the applicator a long working time. The product is packed in 25 kg bags.

Yapı Kimyasalı Tesis İmalatı

Ready-mixed mortar production can be seen as a continuation of aggregate production. The sand in the mortar has to be at a specific grading and dry; damp material clumps in the bag and upsets the mix ratio.

That is why the line starts with drying.

The dried and screened sand is weighed and mixed together with cement and additives, and then goes to the bagging unit. Because mix accuracy depends on the accuracy of the weighing system, the load cells are the critical part of the line.

The long working time given to the applicator is a matter of additive formulation; on the machinery side, the equivalent is a homogeneous mix that gives the same result from batch to batch.
