500 T H General Makina Fixed Screening Plant arrived Kosovo

General Makina Stone Crushing and Screening Plants, with the capacity and experience to manufacture every piece of equipment a stone crushing and screening plant needs, has sold a stationary screening plant with a screening capacity of 500 tonnes per hour that will start production in Kosovo.

A screening plant can also be built as an investment separate from a crushing plant. If the material coming out of the quarry is already the right size, or if crushing is done at another plant, the only need is classification.

In that case the calculation runs on screen area.

What determines capacity is not crusher power but the time the material spends on the screen. If the surface is insufficient, material drops before it can be separated along the deck and the fractions get mixed.

In the Balkans such investments are usually made to widen the product range of an existing quarry: an operation selling a single fraction adds screening and starts producing several products from the same feed material.
