300 TpH Crusher Plant Shipment - TURKEY

Our crusher shipments to the earthquake region continue in 2025 as well. The main equipment of the 110 stationary crushing plant is as follows: a 110 jaw crusher, a GSD1215 impact crusher, a 130 tertiary crusher, a 900 vertical shaft impact crusher and a 2000x6000 twin screen. The approximate capacity of the plant is 300 tonnes/hour.

A line with four crushers brings the material down stage by stage. The jaw primary takes the coarse feed material, the impact stage reduces it, the tertiary stage produces fine cubical aggregate, and the vertical shaft stage makes sand and gives shape.

In a reconstruction region, the variety of fractions is decisive.

When housing, infrastructure and road projects run at the same time, a single quarry has to supply material to different specifications. That is why the twin screen is a critical part of the line: more fractions are separated in one pass and nothing gets mixed in the stockpile area.

The vertical shaft crusher at the last stage of the line works at a capacity of 45–210 t/h, accepts feed material up to ≤55 mm and draws 90–400 kW; this stage covers the demand for manufactured sand.
