The preparation for GENERAL 03's Export to Russia

The General 03 mobile crushing plant is being dismantled for delivery to our customer in Russia. GNR 03, the most powerful of our GNR Series mobile crushing plants, can crush and screen at a capacity of 350 tonnes per hour!

A mobile plant works as a single unit on site but is broken down for a long journey. Dismantling is installation read backwards: the conveyors and the screen come off the chassis, the crusher body is loaded separately, and the power unit travels on its own. Because the order in which the parts are unloaded determines the assembly sequence at the destination, the loading plan is drawn up accordingly.

General 03 produces 250-350 t/h with a GPS 1415 primary impact crusher; its screen is 2400×5000 mm with four decks, and the power unit is 750 kVA.

Against the two-axle chassis of the General 02, the General 03 is carried on four axles, which means a load distribution that complies with international transport rules. On long road routes such as those in Russia, it is this chassis that defines how much of the line can travel without being broken down.
