General 03 Mobile Crushing Plant Dismantled for Shipment to Russia

The General 03 Mobile Crushing Plant we prepared for a customer in Russia is being separated into its sections ahead of the long journey. GNR 03, the most powerful of the mobile crushers in the GNR series, can crush and screen up to 350 tonnes per hour.

Although a mobile plant works as one unit on site, it is split into sections when it is sent to a distant country. Dismantling is simply the installation carried out in reverse: first the conveyors and the screen are lowered from the chassis, the crusher body is loaded onto a separate vehicle and the power unit travels on its own truck. Since the order in which the parts are unloaded at the destination determines how assembly flows, the loading plan is built around it.

General 03 delivers 250-375 tonnes per hour with its GPS 1415 primary impact crusher. The screen in the line measures 2400×5000 mm and has four decks; the power unit is rated at 750 kVA.

This is where the four-axle chassis proves its worth.

While the General 02 has a two-axle chassis, the General 03 rides on four axles, which means the load is spread in line with international transport regulations. On long road routes such as those to Russia, it is also this chassis that decides how much of the line can set off without being taken apart.
