First Mobile Crusher Shipment of 2023

We have made a fast start to the new year with the shipment of a General 01 Mobile Crushing Plant. The GNR 01, to be used in İzmir, has a capacity of 120 – 180 tonnes per hour. As the smallest member of our GNR series of mobile crushing and screening plants, the GNR 01 comes with a favourable initial investment cost.

What brings the initial investment cost down is gathering two stages in a single body. The General 01 performs primary and secondary crushing in the same machine with a GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher; separate crushers, a conveyor between them and an additional foundation are not required.

İzmir is also the city where our factory site is located.

On nearby sites, commissioning and service times get shorter; in the event of a breakdown the team can reach the site the same day. On distant sites, remote monitoring over the internet is added to the touch panel to shorten that time.

The line has a 700 mm feed opening and works in closed circuit; oversize material retained on the screen returns to the crusher.
