2022 Model Jaw Crushers

Developed with usage data gathered from our plants working all over the world, the new-generation jaw crushers continue in 2022 to crush stone, rock and other mineral materials at the primary or secondary stage, as required.

The first thing to look at when choosing a jaw crusher is not capacity but the feed opening. If the largest lump coming out of the quarry does not fit through the opening, the tonnage written in the table means nothing on site; the line blocks at the feeder and the operator has to pick out the coarse material by hand.

The second criterion is weight.

The GNRK series ranges from 6.000 kg in the smallest body up to 42.500 kg in the largest. That difference governs the foundation calculation on a stationary plant and the chassis and axle selection on a mobile line — in other words, the crusher decision is also a ground and transport decision.

The third is the discharge setting: the size of the material leaving the crusher defines how much work the next stage will do. If the secondary stage is not selected accordingly, the line either runs empty or blocks.
