110 Jaw And Secondary Impact DMK 03

The General Makina mobile 110 jaw crusher and mobile washing secondary crusher system with an 800x8000 mm screw (gnr-dmk03) was shipped to the largest construction company in Georgia.

The 110 body is the feed crusher of the line. The GNRK 110 has a 1100×850 mm opening; in hard rock such as granite, basalt and river stone it breaks coarse run-of-mine material by compression. In these materials, compressive crushing gives longer metal life than an impact body.

The second leg of the system is the washing secondary.

An 800×8000 mm screw is connected after the secondary crusher. The soil and clay-silt in the crushed material is removed here by spiral scrubbing, and the aggregate goes to stock already washed.

This pairing is the common way of meeting specification for material going into concrete: the crushing side provides the size, the washing side the cleanliness. In quarries with a high clay content, the strength target is not met without a washing stage.
