Sand making machine facility for Uzbekistan, Tashkent

A stationary sand production plant has been sent to Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The sand making machine used is the GNR 650 tertiary crusher, and the line also includes sand hoppers, screens and primary impact crushers. Average capacity is 100~150 tonnes.

The sand production line runs through three stages: the primary crusher takes the run-of-mine material, the screen separates the fractions, and the tertiary stage produces the fine, cubical product.

The hoppers establish the stockpiling order.

Collecting each fraction produced in a separate hopper prevents mixing during loading; because they also act as intermediate storage, the line keeps running at its own rhythm even when no truck is present.

In Uzbekistan the growth of building material production under state programmes is raising sand demand; in regions where river sand is limited, manufactured sand becomes the main source for that demand. The stationary layout of the line rests on that continuity: because demand does not fluctuate project by project, the plant does not need to be movable.
