Stationary Sand Production Plant With GNR 650 Tertiary Crusher Shipped to Tashkent, Uzbekistan

We have dispatched the stationary sand production plant that will operate in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The machine producing the sand on this line is the GNR 650 tertiary crusher, alongside sand hoppers, screens and primary impact crushers. The plant's average capacity is 100~150 tonnes.

On this line, sand is produced in three steps: the primary crusher receives the run-of-mine material coming from the quarry, the screens separate the fractions from one another, and the tertiary crusher turns out the fine product with cubical grains.

The hoppers take care of the stockpiling order.

Collecting each fraction in its own hopper keeps the products from mixing while trucks are being loaded. Since the hoppers also serve as intermediate storage, the line keeps working at its own pace even while it waits for a vehicle to load.

In Uzbekistan, building material production expanding under state programmes is pushing up the demand for sand. In regions where river sand is scarce, manufactured sand becomes the main source meeting that demand. This continuity is also why the line was built as a stationary plant: since demand does not rise and fall from project to project, there is no need for the plant to be relocatable.
