100 - 150 Ton / Hour Capacity Stone Crushing and Screening Plant Shipment

Shipment work has been completed for the stone crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 100 - 150 tonnes per hour, to be installed in Serbia. Our plant draws its power from a newly designed 100 primary impact crusher; it is effective in crushing non-abrasive stone and mineral materials of low and medium hardness.

The working limit of an impact crusher is drawn by the abrasiveness of the material. On non-abrasive stone the impact elements last a long time; on abrasive material consumption speeds up and operating cost comes to the fore.

That is why the crusher type is chosen according to the quarry.

On materials such as limestone and dolomite, impact crushing gives both a high reduction ratio and a cubical grain shape; on abrasive rock such as granite and basalt, crushers working by compression remain more economical.

The 100-150 tonne band is a common size in the Balkans for quarries serving regional demand: large enough to supply several sites, yet modest enough to be managed in a single shift.
