A stationary concrete batching plant is a permanent-foundation ready-mix facility for high-continuity, mega-tonnage production. General Makina offers four models spanning 55-150 m³/h: Diamond 60, Titan 100, Magnum 120 and Royal 150. Larger aggregate stock bins, longer feed conveyors and full-auto PLC-PC control deliver uninterrupted output on long-term projects.

Working principle

The production chain is weigh → mix → discharge — the same chain as a mobile plant, but built on a permanent foundation with larger stock compartments and longer feed conveyors:

  • Weighing: aggregate, cement, water and additive are weighed independently on separate load-cell scales.
  • Mixing: a pan mixer on the Diamond 60 and a twin-shaft mixer on the other models produce a homogeneous batch.
  • Discharge: the finished concrete is discharged straight into a transit mixer through a hydraulic/pneumatic gate.

The cement silo (optional) comes in 60/80/100 ton capacities, welded or bolted, with optional filter, level sensor and screw conveyor.

What is the capacity range?

Is the cement silo included in the price?
