100 m³ Mobile Ready-Mix Concrete Plant on Its Way: Transport Position Footage
Watch our 100 m³/h mobile ready-mix concrete batching plant being loaded in its folded transport position and dispatched to the site.
Shipment footage of our 100 m3 capacity mobile ready mix concrete batching plant.
The video shows the plant brought into its transport position: the mixer body, the aggregate bins and the belt conveyor are folded onto the chassis. This is what separates mobile plants from stationary installations; the units do not have to be hauled separately and joined together on site.
The detail to watch in the recording is the loading sequence.
The angle at which the chassis is pulled onto the trailer and the position of the support legs determine how long erection will take at the destination; a plant lowered on hydraulic legs settles into place without waiting for a crane.
The technical details of the mobile concrete batching plant family are on the product page; the site-specific layout, however, is determined by the position of the aggregate stockpile area.
