General 02 — Mobile Impact Crushing & Screening Plant

Sized for high tonnage, the General 02 is a wheeled crushing-and-screening plant driven by a GPS 1413 (GNR PDK02) primary impactor at 180-250 tph. Its 1000 mm mouth is the widest inlet the family offers; a 2000×5000 mm four-deck screen sorts the flow into 0-5 / 5-12 / 12-19 / 19-40 mm fractions in one pass. Working in closed circuit, it keeps sending oversize back until the set size is met, with a 660 kVA power unit and control panel fitted as standard.

Machine layout and flow

The route runs from feed, through the primary impactor, to multi-deck screening:

• Hopper + vibrating feeder: trucks or loaders tip run-of-mine straight in.
• GPS 1413 primary impactor: reduces blocks up to 1000 mm at a high reduction ratio, producing cubical product.
• 2000×5000 mm four-deck screen: parts the flow across four cuts.
• Return / stockpile belts: oversize returns to the crusher, products go to separate stockpiles.

Final gradation and mesh openings are fixed per order to suit the feed material.

Fields of use

Big quarries, large road and concrete jobs and concrete/asphalt recycling all call for the 02. On limestone and low-abrasion stone its primary impactor returns strong reduction and cubical shape. When the rock turns hard and abrasive — basalt or granite — the 944 (jaw+cone) or the 950 (jaw+impact) is the better tool.

The General 02 is the high-tonnage bridge model with the largest inlet (1000 mm) in the family.

One-supplier project

The whole crushing, screening and washing chain comes from General Makina, and a concrete batching plant can join it on the same project. Dropped into that line beside more washers and downstream crushers, the General 02 leaves responsibility undivided and the parts supply steady from a single hand.
