General 03 — Mobile Impact Crushing & Screening Plant (Flagship)

Top of the wheeled General line-up, the General 03 works at 250-350 tph. Its GPS 1415 primary impactor can take material down by about 75% to 0.5 mm, while a 2400×5000 mm four-deck vibrating unit parts the output into 0-5 / 5-12 / 12-19 / 19-40 mm fractions. Folding hydraulic conveyors and hydraulic legs hold both the setup time and the setup cost right down, and a 750 kVA power unit comes as standard.

Operating sequence

Feed enters the hopper, meets the primary impactor and finishes across the decks:

• Hopper with vibrating feeder: loaders or trucks feed run-of-mine straight to it.
• GPS 1415 primary impactor: reduces coarse blocks in a single stage at a high reduction ratio.
• 2400×5000 mm four-deck screen: divides the output into four cuts.
• Foldable hydraulic belts + hydraulic legs: fast setup, no excavation or foundation.

Key specifications

Screen apertures and the finished gradation are picked per order to fit the stone.

Typical projects

Major highway works, high-volume concrete supply and sizeable construction or recycling programmes are where the 03 earns its keep. Its impactor front end produces heavy reduction and cubical aggregate from limestone and low-abrasion stone. Where basalt or granite makes the rock hard and abrasive, the jaw+cone 944 is the wiser pick.
