GM 100 — Tracked Mobile Impact Crusher

The GM 100 is a track-mounted impact crusher centred on a GNR-01 impactor (160 kW, 1500 rpm). Grizzly pre-scalping and an on-board 1500×5500 mm triple-deck track screen let it run a full closed circuit, sending material round again until it hits size. It handles feed up to 600 mm, makes cubical aggregate at 100-180 tph and drives itself — no ground works needed.

Closed-circuit flow

• Hopper: 3.6 m³.
• Pre-scalping: 900×2400 mm vibrating feeder (2×2.6 kW) + 1000×1500 mm grizzly pre-screen.
• Crushing: GNR-01 impactor (160 kW, 1500 rpm).

Application areas

Limestone and other low-abrasive stone, concrete and asphalt recycling and cubical aggregate work all suit the GM 100. Its built-in triple-deck track screen and several stockpile belts arrive ready — nothing to assemble on site — and, closed-circuit, it hands over the target fraction in one pass.

Set against the GM 90JP and GM 125

Where the GM 90JP is a tracked jaw primary, the GM 100 is a tracked impactor, marked out by its on-board triple-deck screen and closed circuit. The GM 125 steps up with a bigger feeder and a 200 kW impactor for more tonnage. You reach for an impactor when you want high reduction and cubical shape, and a jaw for hard, abrasive primary work.
