The GM 100 is a track-mounted impact crusher centred on a GNR-01 impactor (160 kW, 1500 rpm). Grizzly pre-scalping and an on-board 1500×5500 mm triple-deck track screen let it run a full closed circuit, sending material round again until it hits size. It handles feed up to 600 mm, makes cubical aggregate at 100-180 tph and drives itself — no ground works needed.

Closed-circuit flow

  • Hopper: 3.6 m³.
  • Pre-scalping: 900×2400 mm vibrating feeder (2×2.6 kW) + 1000×1500 mm grizzly pre-screen.
  • Crushing: GNR-01 impactor (160 kW, 1500 rpm).
  • Conveying: 1000×10000 mm main conveyor.
  • Screening: 1500×5500 mm triple-deck track screen + feed/underscreen/stockpile belts (closed circuit).
  • Undercarriage: Strickland 3800×400 tracks; 450 kVA.

Application areas

Limestone and other low-abrasive stone, concrete and asphalt recycling and cubical aggregate work all suit the GM 100. Its built-in triple-deck track screen and several stockpile belts arrive ready — nothing to assemble on site — and, closed-circuit, it hands over the target fraction in one pass.

Set against the GM 90JP and GM 125

Where the GM 90JP is a tracked jaw primary, the GM 100 is a tracked impactor, marked out by its on-board triple-deck screen and closed circuit. The GM 125 steps up with a bigger feeder and a 200 kW impactor for more tonnage. You reach for an impactor when you want high reduction and cubical shape, and a jaw for hard, abrasive primary work.

Engineered as a full line

General Makina bundles the tracked GM 100 into a wider installation — screening, downstream crushing and a concrete batching plant included. One engineering office draws it all up, stands behind the running plant and keeps a single, matched channel for spare parts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which crusher does the GM 100 use?

A GNR-01 impactor (160 kW, 1500 rpm). The impact type is used for high reduction and cubical aggregate.

What are its capacity and feed size?

It works at 100-180 tph and takes feed up to 600 mm.

Is the screen integrated and closed-circuit?

Yes. The 1500×5500 mm triple-deck track screen and the stockpile belts are on board; closed-circuit, it keeps recirculating material until it reaches the target size.

Is it tracked and self-propelled?

Yes, on Strickland 3800×400 tracks; it drives itself and needs no ground works, hydraulic legs or foundation.

How do I get pricing and delivery?

Send General Makina your material, throughput and required fractions; a build made for the job, its price and delivery date come back as a quotation.
