Challenge
A compact mobile plant was needed in Turkey to process hard, abrasive stone and ore at 100 t/h with feed up to 500 mm.
Solution
Closed-circuit GNR 640 mobile crusher: GPJ 60 jaw crusher, GNR 50 secondary rotor crusher and 1200x4000 mm 3-deck vibrating screen on one chassis.
Result
The plant was commissioned in Turkey and produces 0-5, 5-12 and 12-19 mm construction aggregate.
Medium-sized mining sites, road construction jobs and infrastructure work usually call for a plant that takes up little space yet stays strong in hard material. The GNR 640 Mobile Crushing Plant, which we installed and commissioned in Türkiye, was chosen with that need in mind. The project's priority was stable processing of very hard, abrasive stone and ore.
Two-Stage Crushing, 100 Tonnes per Hour
Configured for hard-ore sites, the plant reaches a crushing and screening capacity of 100 tonnes per hour in this project. The feed section accepts material up to 500 mm. A GPJ 60 jaw crusher works in the first stage and a purpose-designed GNR 50 secondary rotor crusher in the second; together they reduce even the hardest rock without strain.
Accurately Sized Aggregate in Closed Circuit
The plant is built on a single mobile chassis and runs in closed circuit. Its 1200x4000 mm 3-deck vibrating screen separates standard-compliant construction aggregate in 0-5 mm, 5-12 mm and 12-19 mm sizes. A reasonable investment cost and quick transport kept production running without interruption on this project.
