100 t/h Capacity and Two-Stage Crushing
Configured for hard-ore sites, the plant reaches 100 tons per hour of crushing and screening in this project. Accepting feed up to 500 mm, the system pulverises even the hardest rock with ease by pairing a primary GPJ 60 jaw crusher with a purpose-built GNR 50 secondary rotor crusher.
Closed-Circuit Precision Aggregate Production
Mounted on a single portable chassis and running in closed circuit, the plant produces standard-compliant construction aggregate in 0-5 mm, 5-12 mm and 12-19 mm sizes thanks to its 1200x4000 mm 3-deck vibrating screen. With economical investment cost and fast transport, it added uninterrupted production efficiency to the project.
