Diyarbakir Project: General 950 Mobile Crusher in Hard Rock
Challenge
A mobile plant was needed in Diyarbakir to process abrasive hard rock such as granite and basalt at 160-240 t/h, with feed up to 800 mm.
Solution
General 950 mobile crusher: primary GPJ-90 jaw crusher, DMK01 secondary rotor crusher and 3-deck horizontal vibrating screen on one platform.
Result
The plant was installed and commissioned in Diyarbakir and produces 0-5, 5-12 and 12-19 mm cubic aggregate.
Mining and infrastructure projects in eastern and south-eastern Anatolia have to deal with highly abrasive hard rock. The General 950 Mobile Crushing Plant, which we installed and commissioned in Diyarbakir, was delivered to answer exactly this need in the region.
A Line Built for Hard Rock: 160-240 t/h
Designed with hard, difficult-to-break minerals in mind, the plant can produce 160-240 tonnes per hour. After the feed section, which accepts boulders up to 800 mm, the GPJ-90 primary jaw crusher works in the first stage and the DMK01 secondary rotor crusher in the second. Together they process abrasive materials such as granite and basalt without strain.
Producing in Half an Hour, Cubical Aggregate to Standard
Because all crushing and screening equipment is gathered on a single mobile platform, the plant arrives on site behind one truck tractor and starts producing within 30 minutes. A three-deck horizontal vibrating screen separates standard-compliant cubical aggregate in 0-5 mm, 5-12 mm and 12-19 mm sizes, keeping field operations in Diyarbakir highly efficient.
