Our Concrete Plants

The recording shows the General Makina concrete plants in the field one after another; from the aggregate bins to the cement silo, from the mixer to the jobsite outlet, the whole production line passes in front of the camera.

In the footage you can clearly follow the belt feeders under the aggregate hopper drawing material separately from each bin, the weighing belt collecting that material and transferring it to the elevator, and the mix being discharged into the mixer pan. The cement screw feeding from the silo into the weighing hopper and the water line coming into play are also followed in the same shot.

The sequence itself carries the real information here.

Because concrete quality depends on every component entering the mix at the right moment and in the right amount; the weighing and discharge order in the video shows that the plant's automation can repeat the recipe consistently. The homogenisation of the material during the mixing time inside the pan is what the strength expected on site after pouring comes down to.

At the end of the shot the transit mixer pulling up to the filling chute sums up how the plant fits the jobsite rhythm. The modular carrier structures in the footage reveal that the same flow can be built with different layouts depending on the choice of stationary or mobile installation.
