The camera moves through the manufacturing and installation stages of the stationary concrete plants produced in 2021 inside the factory. As different plant bodies are shown one after another, the scale of the mixer cabins and the aggregate hoppers can be compared.
The footage covers the compartments of the aggregate hopper, the weighing belt, the screw conveyor rising to the cement silo and the opening motion of the mixer gate one by one. The cable trays and the position of the control cabin relative to the plant are also noticeable throughout the recording.
This sequence is the production flow itself.
In a stationary plant, aggregate weighing, cement dosing and water addition take place in order within the same cycle; the physical layout of the components determines the duration of that cycle. The short transfer distances seen in the video are designed so that the mix can be discharged without keeping the formwork waiting.
