M-Titan 100 Mobile Concrete Plants 2021

This unit of the M-Titan 100 mobile concrete plant, built in 2021, is shown in the recording together with its installation and commissioning stages. The camera starts from the trailer position and follows the transition to the production position.

In the footage the plant is seen being brought in by tractor unit, then set down on hydraulic legs, with the mixer unit and the aggregate hoppers opening up. After the charging belt is placed under the hopper, the cement silo is erected and the control cabin connections are made. Following commissioning, the first mix is discharged from the mixer into the transit mixer.

The whole installation is completed on a single site.

This is where the real advantage of mobile plants shows itself: on projects with a short jobsite life, buying concrete from outside increases both cost and haulage time. A plant set up on site leaves the timing of the pour under the contractor's control and eliminates the cost of a waiting transit mixer.

The hourly capacity of 100 cubic metres of the unit seen in the recording is at a level that meets the daily pouring requirement of medium-scale housing and road projects.
